EzClaw provides a wizard to help you deploy the open-source OpenClaw AI assistant software to your own cloud server. We facilitate the deployment process but do not operate or maintain the deployed servers.
By using EzClaw, you agree to:
The server deployed through EzClaw is YOUR property, hosted in YOUR cloud account, and paid for directly by YOU to the cloud provider. We do not own, control, or have access to your server after deployment.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any damages arising from:
Our Rights: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to:
Effect on Your Server: Termination of your EzClaw account or discontinuation of our Service does NOT affect your deployed server, which remains in your cloud provider account under your control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzClaw and its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
The AI assistant deployed through EzClaw uses large language models with inherent limitations. You acknowledge and agree that:
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and held remotely.
Limitation Period: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
Using EzClaw will result in charges from your chosen cloud provider. These charges are billed directly by the cloud provider (DigitalOcean, Vultr) and are your responsibility. We do not markup or profit from cloud hosting costs.
Your AI assistant uses API services from providers like Anthropic or OpenAI. You are responsible for providing your own API key and any associated costs. We recommend setting spending limits with your AI provider.
You may delete your EzClaw account at any time. Deleting your account does NOT delete your deployed server — you must delete that separately through your cloud provider.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EzClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
